Alsobrook Ranch is a family-owned Wagyu cattle operation in Poetry, Texas, just outside Dallas. For over a decade, we have been raising premium Wagyu, Longhorn, and Angus cattle with a strong commitment to faith, family, and excellence.

At the heart of our ranch is our love for Jesus Christ and the values He represents. As a multi-generational family, we believe raising cattle is a sacred calling — one that demands integrity, compassion, and careful stewardship of the land and animals God has entrusted to us.

Our cattle receive attentive, hands-on care from birth through weaning. We follow strict breed association standards and maintain a proactive health program that includes routine veterinary care, genetic testing, and responsible parasite control. They rotate through lush, gently rolling pastures that promote healthy soil and a thriving ecosystem. Daily gentle handling helps develop calm, content animals that grow naturally and steadily.

By blending traditional ranching wisdom with modern best practices — including a carefully balanced nutrition program and complete traceability — we produce Wagyu beef known for its exceptional marbling, remarkable tenderness, and rich, buttery flavor.
